Do you manufacture products in Wagga?

We are a wholesaler. Our products are made to order in NSW. All installs are at our local showroom in Wagga Wagga NSW.

Do you offer custom toolboxes or canopies?

Yes we do, there is no additional charges for custom made, we can design to your requirements. You can request a quote using the Quote Request Tab at the top of the page.

Do you offer install?

We do at additional cost, please send a quote request for more details or for Ute tray installs view the product for price.

How long will my order take?

Powder Coated Custom Canopies & Toolboxes are normally 3-4 weeks turn around.
NOT Powder Coated Custom Canopies & Toolboxes are normally 2-3 weeks turn around.
All other made to order products are 2-3 week turn around.

What grade aluminium are your products?

All our toolboxes & Custom Canopies use marine grade aluminium (Except our pre made Canopy).

Pick up location and time?

18 Chaston Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650- Office/ Showroom.
Pick up is required 5 working days after order has arrived in store, unless prior arrangement has been made

What is the deposit amount for orders?

Custom orders require a 20% deposit for ordering, prior to shop drawings being released.
Online orders can be paid in full or a minimum deposit of 20% can be paid, deposit is non-refundable.
Balance is to be paid prior to pick up or in-store on pick up day.

Do you offer shop drawings?

We provide shop drawings for custom made products, once deposit (20%) has been paid.

I am not local, can you freight to my location?

We can freight to most locations in Australia. We use a wide range of carriers, with competitive prices. Please use the "Contact Us" Tab under Support if you would like a freight quote.

Our products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and/or manufacturing for the periods shown below from the date of purchase.

Product structure/material all have 2 years warranty parts and labour
Lock/Gas Strut/Hinge/Bolts all have 1 year warranty parts and labour

The Warranty will not cover products where:

Damage has been caused due to misuse or abuse of the product, accidents or external influences such as water and fire.
Improper Maintenance.
Repairs required due to normal wear and tear.
The person or persons submitting the warranty claim are not the original purchaser.
Repairs or alterations have been made or attempted by others.

Returns:

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds on our products due to them being made to order.
If you receive a product that has a defect you must notify us in writing via email with 5 days. Please ensure you include your order number and details of the defect. Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you regarding a replacement only.
